STEP 1
Mask off transom and mark off all lay out lines.
STEP 2
Measure 13 1/4 inches from transom to center of spark plug. Mark where rubber isolation pads contact the rails by tracing with a pencil. Remove motor and mounts then place a 1 inch washer inside the marks for the isolation pads. Trace the inside hole of the washer and drill. install isolation pads and motor.

Step 6 Mark holes for trim tabs( 1/8 inch from bottom of hull and 1 3/8 inch
from keel for inner and 4 inches for outer).
Drill and install trim tabs.

Step 7 Install tuned pipe ( Use largest pipe that you have. Better to have it slightly larger than to be too small.)and mark the transom and hatch where the exhaust will exit. Carefully remove material a little at a time and keep checking fit, Continue until you are satisfied with fit and clearance. Open the air scoop at top of hatch

Step 8 Mark and drill the holes for the turn fin. Install the turn fin making sure it is 90 degrees to the keel and in the V of keel and chine.

Step 9 Remove all hardware from the transom and inside the hull. Remove the tape and seal all holes and bear wood .

Step 10 When sealer has dried reinstall hardware. Cut two pieces of plywood 4 and 7/8 of an inch by 7 inches. Make sure they are sealed. One goes under the radio box and is held in place by silicone sealer applied to the joint of the rails and the hull. The other is used as a platform for thew fuel tank and is secured the same way. When the silicone is dry, secure the radio box with screws through the bottom.

Step 11 Mount two tabs in the front of the hatch to hold it to the hull. Cut two holes in the hull to match the tabs in the hatch.

Step 12 Drill holes in the hull for water inlets and outlets. Hook up fuel lines and cooling lines. Add flotation, paint and or decal the hull.
